The metal parts of your keypad may have corroded. Have your keypad replaced by an authorized service center. or you may try this temporary solution.. just keep on pressing and pressing the keys until it works.It may take a while to correct the problem.

Hi,
You will need to follow these steps to change the language back.
- Press the top right button.
- Scroll to the Settings page. ( the icon will have a wheel like symbol).
- There select the 7th Option it should be the language page.
- Now change the language to English.

How to delete data on
Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to reset your phone data.
If you go to Menu, then to Settings, then to Phone Settings, then to Reset, you can click on Reset All Data. This will solve your problem but will also delete all of your data and contacts on your phone.

call your service company (i.e. sprint tmobile, altell.) they can provide you with a code or they might be able to get you a whole new phone... tmobile has done both for me….
