You need to fully update your phone. I had this problem before and it kept me wanting to pull my hair out. If you have a way to update your phone thru your computer then do so. Other wise take it to your carrier and explain the problem(best solution). You might have to back up your address book but your phone is not broken. Thanks for using FixYa
