There is no "capabilities" button. There is a "Feature" button, which is that sort-of-satellite circular logo thingy above the hold button. "Capabilities", if you need to access that, is one of the programming sections in the configuration menu.

Hi Denise, You should generally delete and re-add mailboxes when someone new takes over an extension. It allows the new person to customize the mailbox from scratch. If all you want is to change the name, go: Feature 983 Password: 1020000 Select Mbox Enter the Mailbox number Hit Next until you see the name, and then select change. Enter in the new name, press next, and then hang up.

Hi Lyndsay, Have you tried feature 985, and then press 9, and enter the passed resetsmppwd? That should reset the login on feature 983 to 1020000 for three digit extensions, or 102000 for two digit extensions. Once you get into there, you can reset the mailbox password for the general delivery mailbox. Depending on your system, even though the general delivery mailbox might be on extension 363, the mailbox number is likely to be 100.

Hi Kym, It sounds like your phone might be a bit of a lone ranger! Try cloning someone else's phone settings to your phone and see if that solves the problem for you. You can do this by: Feature **266344 Password: 266344 You should see Terminals and Sets. Press the Show button. It should ask the for extension number, so enter the extension of someone whose phone is working properly. Press Copy It'll say "Copy SystemData" Change that so that it copies subscriber as well. Not sure what you mean by Show key but if it's to check what the buttons are programmed for, you do this: -press Feature button (strange satellite/orbit button above the Off Hook/Pick up red button on right) -press * -press 0 -then press button you want to check If that's not what you are looking for, give more details what you want to do

If it is Blank button Terminal and sets ---> line access .....> line assignment and go to line 001 make apply or apply and ring it will come back
