Panasonic KX-T7565 Corded Telephone Questions & Answers
I puchased one kx t 7565 x ph for my panasonic
Let me see. A 7565 is an analog system phone, it requires 2 pairs to operate, and you'll see 24 volts on the inner pair and about 13 volts on the outer or data pair. You can plug the phone directly into the KSU jack, making sure you have a 4-pin base cord. Outside of that, I have no idea what "low voltage" is.

How do i cahgne the
The ringtone for the CO or outside line buttons can be programmed by pressing program then press the
CO button twice, enter the ringtone you want by dialing 01 to 08, press enter or store then program to end. This will set the ringtone for that line assuming it is programmed to ring at that phone. Transferred calls will use the ringtone of the intercom button which can be set by the same procedure. Use the same procedure if calls ring to a Group Directory Number(GDN) on the phone. The 7600 series of digital phones have ringtone settings of 01 through 30.

I have a Panasonic KX-T7565
Not sure of the model number, but Panasonic phones normally not connected to a TDA/TDE/NCP and TAW system have a toggle to turn background music ON/OFF. On the idle phone, press "1".
If that works, then I guessed right again :-) If not, try dialing *7510 on the intercom which will work on the systems mentioned above.

I WANT TO CHANGE THE RINGING MELODY OF PANASONIC KX-T7565
I'm going to take a chance here, because we don't have them. The au brochure says you have 8 tones, so try pressing Program, the button twice (be it intercom or a CO button), then dial 01-08 and STORE. By default, digital phones already ring 01 tone. You have to do this for each line and each phone to make it work.

I want to change the display name on my office
I can't tell if the 7565 is an Analog or digital set, but the programming is done in the sytsem. If it's a TA series box, the program is in system program 604. If it's a TD series, the program is either 004 or 003, I don't remember exactly which.
Both require you to be in SYSTEM programming which is usually done from the phone connected to Jack 01 (ext 101). A TD can also be programmed from the MANAGER's set.
