Jandy Lite 2 LJ Water Leaking
I have the same problem, removed the heat exchanger and found a small rubber gastket that was ripped. The gaskets can be found at parts store. Set of 18 about $20.00.can.
Pilotlight is not igniting
From what I just read online your heater uses a hot surface igniter to light the pilot. Turn the heater off. Give it a couple minutes, maybe 10. Then turn it back on. It probably goes through a purge cycle first then tries to light the pilot. You should be able to see the hot surface igniter glowing red somewhere close to the pilot. If not the igniter may be bad. Let me know what you see.
Furnace faults out for water blockage in Coil front cover
I think the drain is restricted and not allowing the water to drain fast enough. As the inducer collects water it is normal for the vacuum to increase. Is there a vent on the condensate drain to break the vacuum? If not, add one by cutting in a tee on the drain line as it exits the furnace and put a 4or5" stand pipe above the tee. Is the unit displaying any blinking lights by viewing thru a small window? If so, remove the lower panel and look on the wiring diagram for an error code to give you a starting point where to look. If you are getting a 3 blink error code, what I mentioned above may help. There should be no water leaking into the furnace, you need to figure where the water is coming from and need to stop it.
Jandy Lite 2, pilot works fine. Burner won't ignite.
disconect the 2 wires and the small threaded end. Once you have it it hand blow very hard on the threaded end, you should here a clicking sound. If that does not work and you have a ohm meter set it to contnuity it looks like a horse shoe attach wire from meter to each connection then blow real hard on threaded end. The ohm meter should change if its working properly.
Pool heater was running and
The "Fusible Link" in the electrical circuit/loop did as adverstised and failed, thereby cutting off the heater. I found the trouble shooting steps on the Jandy website, and followed them to solve the issue.
