I think it is a 1965. As to value, it would be worth US$3000 - $4000 depending on condition. There was one being sold for around US$5500, in mint condition.

Your guitar was made at the Saein Plant, Korea, in March, 2000. They made a lot of Epi Les Paul models tho.

Your guitar was actually made at the Samick Plant, Korea in January, 1999, before Samick moved its production to Indonesia and China.
An Indonesian made serial number should start with 'SI'.
