I believe they now have version 11 available, 3.1 may no longer be supported! I would contact them (Cyberlink) to see if they still have your records when they issued your number or when you registered on line.
Also ask if they provide a easy way to upgrade for a reduced price.

You will need the install disc -- put the disc in your cd rom drive and follow the install instructions.

Possible drivers problem. Enter the website of the manufacturer of your machine on the internet and download the drivers for your pc/webcam model.

My version of Power DVD is 7.0 software. I lost it and had to reload it. I'm not sure if they offer it free on the internet but maybe you know someone that has the installation cd.

Well cyberlink has a lot of different programs. If you didn't get the serial number for your product before you upgraded you will have to repurchase it.
