Try inserting USB device in the back panel of the computer , there are more USBs at back so insert your device to back panel.

Unplug all drives and USB connections from the board. See if it goes far enough to error out on finding a boot disk. If it does, add items back in one at a time. When you hit the magic one, the problem will return.

If it happens even with nothing connected, you've either got a bad power supply, or the motherboard's shot.
