GE WDSR2120J wash cycle sound
It's possible that the tub suspension system is out of position. Open the cabinet top (use a thin putty knife in each front corner to release a spring clip) and watch the mechanism while washing. Try shaking the assembly to see if you can spot something rubbing. Hope this helps!
How do you remove the front panel on a ge model
Use a small putty knife. Put the putty knife in between the front panel and the top about 3 inches in on the left and right side. You will be inserting it straight in toward the washer and this will release 2 clips and allow the panel to rock towards you. Note some pressure must be applied and will not always release easily. Once the panel rocks toward you there will be 2 clips on the bottom. Just pull off of the clips and you are done. To reassemble allign the panel with the bottom clips and push the top back in, again with a little pressure.

We have a GE top load washer with the model number
Hello Friend, You either have a bad water level/pressure switch or your water inlet valve is bad. If you unplug the washer from the wall and the water stops filling into the washer, then it's not the water inlet valve. If it only continues to fill when wash cycle is started then you will need to replace the water level/pressure switch behind control panel. Also, the pressure supply tube connected to water level/pressure switch may have a hole in it or a bad connection, or possibly plugged up. This rubber tube must have an airtight seal at both ends to perform properly. be sure to check this item also. Happy to help, Tim.
Super General Washing Machine. E3 and F8 which error on the washing machine?
Question edited for clarity.
E3 is a generic 'Off Balance' code
If you receive an E3 Error code, your washer may be unbalanced. This could be caused by the washer being too tightly packed, or clothing not distributed evenly. This will usually occur during the spin cycle. Stop the spin cycle.
F8 is taking too long to fill. Check the filter screens on the rear hoses.
The F8 E1 or Lo FL error code means your washer is not detecting the correct amount of incoming water. If the washer has an F8 E1 error or LO FL error, the door may be locked, and the control may be unresponsive.

Super general washing machine continue pump running and show e12
The error code E12 on a Super General washing machine indicates a drainage issue. This could be caused by a few different things:
- Clogged drain hose: The drain hose that carries the water from the washing machine to the drain may be clogged. Check the drain hose to make sure that it is not blocked by debris.
- Drain pump: The drain pump is responsible for pumping the water out of the washing machine. If the pump is clogged or damaged, it will not be able to pump the water out and the machine will display an E12 error.
- Drain filter: The drain filter is located in the drain pump and is responsible for trapping debris that may clog the drain hose. Check the drain filter to make sure it's not clogged.
- Control board: The control board manages the washing machine's functions and if it's faulty it can cause the drain pump to run continuously and display the E12 error.
It's recommended to first check the drain hose, drain pump, and drain filter to see if they are the cause of the issue. If these are all clear, the problem may be with the control board, which will require professional repair. Please be careful when checking the drain pump and filter, as the water may be hot if the machine is in the middle of a cycle.
My super general top load automatic washing machine model sgw720n water level won't stop and over flow!
If the water level in your Super General SGW720N top load automatic washing machine is not stopping and is overflowing, there could be a few possible causes. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and fix the problem:
- Check the water supply hoses: Make sure the water supply hoses are properly connected and there are no visible signs of damage or leaks.
- Check the water level sensor: The water level sensor is responsible for controlling the water level in the machine. If it is not functioning correctly, it could cause the water level to continue rising. You may need to have the sensor cleaned or replaced by a professional.
- Check the water inlet valve: The water inlet valve controls the flow of water into the machine. If it is not functioning properly, it could cause the water level to continue rising. You may need to have the valve cleaned or replaced by a professional.
- Check the control board: If the problem is not with the water supply hoses, water level sensor, or water inlet valve, it is possible that there is an issue with the control board. You may need to have the control board inspected or replaced by a professional.
If you are unable to resolve the problem on your own, it is recommended to contact a qualified service technician or the manufacturer for further assistance. It is important to follow the manufacturer's instructions when attempting to repair or troubleshoot your washing machine to avoid causing further damage or injury.
