Machine fails to operate
Ooh, do not turn the handwheel in reverse...First, make sure your machine has not been set to wind a bobbin. When that is the case, the needle is immobilized during bobbin winding so that you do not accidentally sew over your hand or something else. (Consult page 18 of the owner's manual.)The machine is less than a month old. If there is something seriously wrong, contact the manufacturer. I should still be under warranty.http://www.manualslib.com/manual/364482/Singer-2250.html?page=25#manual..

My needle is stuck in the bobbing case of my sewing machine, it will bend and break if i force it up.
From the pictures I've seen, it looks like you should be able to move the two black levers on either side of the bobbin case and remove the shuttle. With the shuttle out of the way, the bobbin case should be released from the needle. (I've had to do this with my own machines at times.)
If the needle is hanging up in the bobbin, it is likely that the machine is out of time (the needle is not penetrating the bobbin area at the correct time). (Verify that you are using the right needles for your machine--some needles are longer and could cause it to hang up in the machine. And then check to make sure you are installing the needle with the flat side facing the correct direction.) You could try to take it for service, however, the cost may not be justifiable vs purchasing a new machine. Perhaps talking to some sewing repair shops will give you an idea of the cost to repair.

The needle has got stuck and does not come out when hand wheel knob is turned counter clockwise
You probably have a Bird's Nest, as they call it, under the needle plate.
- You need to release the needle from the machine
- Pull your work up and about so you can access the screws
- Remove the needle plate
- Carefully cut the tangle of threads around the needle with a small scissors or scalpel
Make certain you have turned the machine off first!
I had this issue with all sorts of sewing machines when I was a Workshop Technician at High School. Students were often in tears when they were sewing something special for an exam!

How do I fix it when the bobbin thread won't rise?
Make sure that your needle is ALL THE WAY up in the needle clamp and the flat side of the needle is away from you.towards the back.
Review the steps for inserting a bobbin in the bobbin case and raising the thread in your user's manual; if you don't have it, you can download it free at the Singer Sewing Machine site.
If you have done these things and you still can't get the thread to come up, then your timing has gone out of synchronization, and you will need to get a technician to reset it for you. If you cannot find a sewing machine technician willing to adjust a Singer, Sears supports all brands of sewing machine.

How i use twin needel
Although your machine does come with a second spool pin to allow two spools of thread, it does not come with a button or setting for a twin needle. You can probably put one on, but I must caution you that you can only straight stitch on it, because if you try even a narrow zigzag, its likely that one of the two needles will hit the plate and break, and they are expensive.
If you want to try it, I can tell you that you need to buy a twin needle--preferably one with the two needles close together. Put one spool in its regular pin, and the other on the extra spool pin, and thread both threads exactly the same, and at the same time. You will not be able t use a needle threader--you will have to thread them by hand.

TRADITION 2250 SINGER SEWING MACHINE HOW TO ZIG ZAG
From the pattern selector (the bigger dial), select the zig-zag stitch. Then, using the stitch length dial (the smaller dial), adjust the stitch length. The closer your stitch length is to "0", the more dense will your zig-zag stitch be.
