Thermal Fuse for Bunn GR-10
Check bunn.com for free download of manual.
*** the following is for information only. Equipment should be service by a qualified tech. ***
* Thermal fuse is pretty standard for all bunn equipment. They are readily available from many on line sources as well as a local restaurant equipment store (FESCO, Restaurant supply parts, etc.)
* though thermal high limit fuses blow when no water is in the brewer when powered up. This means the heater element got hot enough to melt things and eventually over heat the fuse. Replacing the fuse may not solve all your brewers problems.
* It might be wise to check for a repair kit on line, just to be sure your covered for other problems.
* Final, Check your warranty before performing any repairs. You could probably get the whole unit replaced.

My bunn stopped working completely.
Plug something else into the same outlet and see if you are getting electricity in that outlet. If it is on a ground fault circuit, push the little red button in in the middle of the outlet. or check the breaker box to see if the breaker has kicked. It is unusual for everything to quit working at the same time if it is getting power.

Did you check to make sure the switch on the side of the machine is in the correct position-the "I" pushed down and the "O" up in the air and you see orange around the switch? If this is correct, then please give customer service a call at 800-352-2866 with the model and code date.

Need wiring diagram for Bunn BX or GRX coffee
I do apologize but these diagrams are not available. What is the problem with the machine? If you will get the model and code date from the bottom of the brewer and contact customer service, we can help resolve your issue. The machine carries a 3 year warranty and if it is 3 years old or less, it will be replaced at no cost. If it is older than 3 years old, then it will be replaced at a reduced price.

It sounds like you might be missing your sprayhead. If you remove the filter basket and look up above it, there should be a dome piece with 5 holes in it. If not, please call customer service with the model and date code and we can provide you with a new sprayhead.

My Bunn is taking forever to brew and the coffee
It sounds like the thermostat might be allowing the water to boil and cause the grounds to be scorched and making your coffee bitter. It also could be caused by the machine needing to be cleaned and delimed. I would recommend you do this first-and if you don't have the use and care manual, you may call Customer Service to have one sent out or access one at
www.bunn.com @ home, then products.

Water not filtering quick enough, basket overflows
Make sure your sprayhead is the proper one (5 hole) and in good shape. Also make sure that the hole on your filter basket has not been partially closed. This can happen if you set it on the hot warmer. As a last resort, you can slightly enlarge the hole in your filter basket.

Will not percolate. Water is poured, it heats up, no coffee brew
Bunn Home brewers don't perculate. They work the same way that commercial brewers do. Fillit with water, let it heat for about 20 minutes, then put your filter and coffee grounds in the funnel, pour a pot of water into the machine, put the pot on the warmer, and let the water run through. Then enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee.

The Bunn coffee maker does not operate as most coffee makes do. You cannot leave the Bunn in the off position and then just flip the switch to on and pour the water in. You will always get cold coffee if you do this. It takes time for it to heat the water. The On/Off switch should be left in the On position all the time. This keeps the water hot in the tank, thus providing hot water when you need to make coffee. You then just pour the cold water in the top, shut the lid, and have a pot of coffee in 3 minutes. The On/Off switch is a vacation switch, and you use it only when you are not going to use the coffee maker for a couple of days. Older Bunn coffee makers did not even have an On/Off button. You simply unplugged them when going on vacation. So turn the switch to the On position and leave it there. The unit will then work as designed. Forget how other coffee makers work, this is a Bunn and it is the fastest coffee maker you can buy and must be left on all the time. that way the water stays hot and the unit will keep it that way.
