I like a product called whizz mould and mildew remover have used this on many things before even on a mothercare pushchair hood but it was a waterproof hood so not as absorbent. Maybe do a spot test first somewhere inconspicuous.

I can't change the seat position so how is this done?

Hi Clare The Buzz seat unit position is adjusted by pressing down the grey buttons on either side of the seat unit (the same ones you use to remove the seat unit from the chassis) and tilting the seat to the desired angle. Once the grey buttons are released the seat will lock in desired recline position.
