I needed new seat covers and called chicco uk on 01623750870 they provided one for £25, excellent service too. Hope this helps.

You can buy replacement straps at HighChairBelts.com. One set was $9 with shipping but I bought three for $17 with FREE shipping. I sewed the ends of one set together and use it with my baby's grocery cart cover rather than relying on the filthy one provided on some carts. EWE... lol

I did alot of searching on the internet for straps and found highchairbelts.com that didn't charge an arm and a leg for shipping or handling . One strap was $9 shipped so I bought three for $17 shipped FREE!! I sewed the ends of one strap together to use with Marissa's shopping cart cover at the grocery store. The ones on the carts are usually broken or missing and end or just plain filthy!
