Hi Michael If the product is under 28 days old please return it to retailer with proof of purchase and they may offer an exchange (this is at the discretion of the retailer) If not then you would need to return it to the retailer for them to send into our engineers for inspection & repair. You may also find the Buzz brake adjustment assists in resolving the situation for you.

HiThe Quinny Buzz brakes can be adjusted (and should be periodically as part of the ongoing maintenance of the product to ensure good performance)The brakes may require periodic adjustment. To do this, use two 8mm spanners to unlock the lock nut from the long barrel nut. Adjust the brake cable and retighten the lock nut. Test the brakes to ensure a positive engagement and disengagement after adjustment.

This happened to me on both brake pedals, nothing happened when I tried.to put them on, the pedals just did not move at all. I tried adjusting the brakes as per the dorel video on you tube, but still nothing. My husband found the solution though. He worked some oil into both pedal mechanisms and worked it through until both pedals moved again, once he had plied through a couple of times, both pedals and the brake now work fine, just turned out the pedals has seized over the years and just needed a good oiling. Worth giving this a try.

Good AfternoonThe Quinny Dreami pram body attaches onto the Quinny Buzz chassis using the two plastic adaptors included with the Quinny Buzz purchase. Replacement adaptors can be ordered via your Quinny retailer.

Good AfternoonQuinny never recommend the use of WD40 on the products. It does state on the WD40 can that it is not suitable for use with plastic products as it may cause premature degradation of the parts, and Quinny products are made with a combination of metal and plastic componants. Cleaning should always be done with warm soapy water for extreme conditions such as mud or sand removal, then the wheel thoroughly dried. For everyday cleaning, it should be done with furniture polish or dry Teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets) and a soft clean cloth to keep the wheel performing properly. Good AfternoonRemove the front wheel by using the buttons either side of the front wheel unit and sliding it out of the chassis. Fit the front of the shopping basket on and now attach the back of the basket around the rear wheel axel using the velcro tabs.

However you can purchase a sub seat (seat frame) which will fit onto your chassis (RRP 75GBP) and the current seat fabric will fit onto that (RRP 40GBP). The Quinny Dreami carrycot is suitable for use on any Quinny Buzz chassis. yes the quinny is still the same no changes from 2008 to 2010.
the last change quinny made was the clip that holds the folded buzz together from a strap to a clip.

You cannot fix a car seat to a Quinny Zap. They are not designed for it. In the photo you show a Quinny Buzz 3. You can fix the car seat to this and the seat removes easily
