Nintendo Super NES Console Questions & Answers
I am trying to play
Well try cleaning the game pack out with quips and rubbing alchoal well it could something might be wrong with the console then. Well I think that the console is detecting that the game pack is not an original it means that the game is a fake cartiage its possible if the game cartiage internals where damage or the game data is recked that the console could be tricked into thinking that it is a fake game pack however that is unlikely
Why does the grass turn green when spring time
During the winter and fall months, rain falls less, sun shines less, and the air is much colder. Grass gets its green color from Photosynthetic cells in blades. The more sun and nutrients the grass see the healthier it grows. As the grass sees less sun, water, and is frozen from time to time, its internal processes slow down and many cells die or become dormant. As the rain begins to fall again in the spring and the sun shines longer and stronger it becomes much easier for the blades to transfer nutrients to the entire blade and will become a more full and vibrant green again. you can see this process in action when grass is cut too short in the spring or summer months. The grass will look almost yellow because exposed grass is usually "sun blocked" by the grass just inches higher. Yet in a day or so , you will see the grass turning green again from the botton up but the tips of the grass will remain white and dead until the grass grows and the tips fall off to form the all to familiar grass blade "D

Super NES Console: My super Nintendo gets power (red light turns on) ...
Maybe the one that is not turning on to play game is broken then. Ensure that you have a known-good game cartridge inserted before powering on the SNES console. Most older, cartridge-based game consoles don't boot without a game installed.
Does the power light to the left of the controller ports turn on when you turn on the power switch?
If not, check your power adapter and outlet for functionality and good connection.
Check that the reset switch is not stuck. Wiggle it back and forth through its range of motion a few times. If something sticky gets in there it can get jammed in the reset position, which will prevent any game from booting.
You mentioned that there is no image. Are you getting any sound from your games after waiting a few minutes with everything connected and turned on?
If you hear game sounds or music from the SNES, but see no picture and you've already (really and truly) ruled out the cabling and TV, then you might have a bad main board in the console.
If you don't get any video or sound, then it's not booting your game. You can find other recommendations about how to clean game and console connections, but usually inserting and ejecting a game 10-20 times will knock loose or grind off enough gunk to get a game to boot. Try this, and be sure to use the eject lever instead of ripping the game out to avoid console connector damage. If it's still not working, repeat with another game.
Why does nintendo super nes cycle power during play?
Hmmm I think that the acapapter is causing this problem then because the black cord on the ac adapter that hook into the console the wire is fraying or broken then and going bad on you so try using a new ac adapter too see if it makes difference or not.

- Make sure your system is hooked up correctly. This is the number one reason for a blank screen. To ensure all hookup connections are firm and correct, remove the AV cables and reinsert them with a slight twisting motion (this will help fully seat the connections). For more information about connecting the system, check the following hookup steps:
- Make sure you are using all licensed accessories with your system. Unlicensed products are not fully compatible with Nintendo systems and may not work correctly.
- Make sure the system has power. If not, go to the No Power Light instructions.
- Slide the Power Switch on the Control Deck to the OFF position. Remove the Game Pak and re-load it, pressing firmly to ensure it is locked in place. Slide the Power Switch on the Control Deck to the ON position.Important Note: Inserting the game with the Power ON may result in a blank screen. Always turn your system OFF before inserting or removing Game Paks
- There may be a problem in one of your hookup cables and not your system. Try purchasing a new connection cable (where to buy). You can also try borrowing the cable from a friend to see if it solves your problem before purchasing a new item.

Snes reset button
Well you could try buying a broken Super Nintendo console off of EBay and get the part that you need to be replaced. If you find a broken SNES console with a reset switch button that is fine then.
