you can't do that but you can download a vba and roms.

You can not download the actual console but you can download an emulator(like Virtual Boy Advance or VDS) And download emulator games for it

Gameboy advances can not be linked to computers. Emulators(such as Virtual Boy advance) are merely programs, and no computer will have a wireless adaptor for the actual gameboy

You can try taking unit apart and detach and re-attach wiring inside to see if something came loose

Well, wasn't the best idea to take it apart. You need to go to the place you bought it from, tell them the problem , or contact Nintendo and see how your Manufacturer's Warranty works, and if its still under coverage. Good Luck!

It's because the cheats are designed for the GBA not the DS.

In pokemon there are about 10 rare candies, most of which are hidden(go get the item finder from your rival) To get infinite you need cheats, to clone pokemon holding it at the battle tower(emerald only)many times, or get VBA(Virtual Boy Advance) and get a cheat thing all ways except the cloning glitch require a cheat program.
