I have a blue ember
Unfortunately, Johnny the recall did not involve the drip pan. It involved the gas line hose and the way it was configured.
http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09283.htmlHowever, I normally would say, contact the Fiesta for the specific part. But, they filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in April of this year.
http://www.bizjournals.com/nashville/news/2011/04/06/fiesta-gas-grills-seeks-bankruptcy.htmlYou can try searching for Fiesta Grill Parts online, but drip pans are not normally listed as a replacement part. Of course, if you don't want to purchase a new grill, you could have a metal fabrication shop make you one out of 22 gauge sheet metal & the spray paint it with High Temperature Grill/Stove paint. In my area, that sort of easy fabrication wouldn't cost more than $25 to $30.
I hope this helped you & thanks for choosing FixYa.

I need an igniter button.and
You failed to mention the exact model number of your Fiesta Grill so it's difficult to tell you where to find the part and the Owner's Manual. However, the link below will help you. They are a parts company, that I have dealt with numerous times and they carry Fiesta Grill Parts. In your search, keep in mind, the "Blue Ember" is not a model number. You will need a number.

My Blue Ember rotisserie only
Everett, it's not the ceramic plaques that are causing the problem, it's the burner that heats the plaques that's failed. Replacing the entire burner assembly is your only option.
It's interesting that you are still using that model Fiesta Gas Grill. It was recalled about 3 years ago.
http://bbq.about.com/b/2009/07/21/recall-alert-fiesta-blue-ember-gas-grill-2.htm but not for the problem you're having. If your model number is not mentioned in the link above. Don't worry about it.
You may be able to find a replacement burner from Fiesta or try Appliance Factory Parts
http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/ Be sure to have the correct Model Number of your grill when looking for parts.
Hope this helped you. Please let me know and Happy Grilling!!

Not sure how to use the smoker, any tips
Typically, you soak the wood chips of your desire, mesquite, etc for about 20 to 30 minutes in water. Drain them and put them in the smoker box. Use the grill as you normally would. For best results you should turn down the main burners, close the lid to hold the smoke from the smoker box inside the grill, and slow cook your food.

My new blue ember grill
It sounds like a classic symptom of a failing regulator, try replacing the regulator and hose that runs to the tank.

How do you open venturi
If you remove the burners, the Venturi Tube is part of the open end of the burner that fits over the burner orifice. It should look like a slot on each side of the burner. There's really nothing to open, once the burner is removed.
Hope this helped you and Happy Grilling!!

The drip pan in my
Unfortunately, you may have to put your grilling on hold, for a bit. The drip pan is considered a body part and is not stocked by any of the independent grill parts stores. They only stock the internal workings of the grill, from burners to valves, to cooking grates, ignitors, etc.
Currently, Fiesta's website is down for construction. But, when comes back up, you can probably order the drip pan online, rather than get a free one, due to the safety recall.

Conversion kit to switch to
The model you have (G50069) has been discontinued by Fiesta and replaced by model # FGF50069-584LP (they are very similar). Neither your model or the current model have a conversion kit available. You either purchase/purchased it as a Propane model or a Natural Gas model. Even the Owners Manual states that it can not and should not be converted from one fuel type to another. (See link below)
