looking for replacement parts myself

There are no replacement parts for Nostalgia Electrics equipment. Double check that the kettle is plugged in, that the switch has power. If inclined open kettle and inspect wire connections and continuity, beyond that the popper is not fixable.

This switch is from a good size Chinese firm. ZHEJIANG GUANBAO ELECTRONIC CO.,LTD.. This switch has been replaced and is not manufactured any more. Take the switch to an electronics supply store to find an equivalent. Their web address is www.guanbo.com, and they have an English language section, if you do not speak Chinese. Any fitting switch, with a 10 Amp 125 Volt rating, should be acceptable. The countryside where this firm is located is beautiful. I have been there.
