Thank you for the member's advise that...Replace the back cover with the arrow on the back point directly at the stem. The Indiglo backlight, Alarms and Chimes should all work when all the back cover is in the correct position. If it's at the wrong position of cover it'll not work correctly because the speaker or buzzer of your watch must be attached on the correct case back. Just try to fix it right!

Yesterday, I have just replaced new battery of CR 1620 but it gets no sound as you. I found that it must be resetted that I don't know how. I'm trying to find it out.

Proabably it is "stuck". I often find that a sharp flick or two with my finger on the face of the watch will cause it to start running. Should not need "resetting".

This is a inxpensive watch and really not worth the price to have it repaired .....Sorry

Throw it in the bin, find any old analogue watch, set the right time and point the hour hand at the sun. Bisect the angle between the hour hand and the 12-o-clock position on your watch and that line points due south - if you're in the northern hemisphere - or due north if you're an Australian. New batterys can go bad, that is why they have a warranty. Replace the battery
