Hi,
Did you check the actual pressure of the water after the regulator....that regulator could be set at a higher pressure...the 20-50 means that it can be set anywhere fron 20 to 50 PSI....
Back the regulator down to the 20 range and see if it helps....that will still be enough to fill the tank...
You cn also partially close the water valve to the regulator if needed...

You are correct.Also check the tank for lime.By unplugging and removing top of machine (2) screws and remove fill basin.You can then remove your t-stat probe to check.If it is lime up you can crack off the lime and reinstall it in the tank.If limed up I would suggest de-liming.T-stat part# 4314.0001.

Sounds like your timer part #32400.0002.This is the new type timer which replaces the dial timer.Another thing is does this happen when you turn on the on/off switch? I would also check your liquid level probe in top of tank.Always a possibility bad liquid level board.If it only does this when you push the brew button the timer is bad.

Hello, you have a problem with the inlet valve or timer. hit the brew button and then once the water starts running through the brew cone pull the plug, if after a couple of minutes the brew stops your problem is going to be with the timer (you should replace it) if the brew does not stop at all then you have a problem with the inlet valve (it has a piece of calcium stuck in the valve) you should replace the valve kit in this instance. There is a timer located in the top of the machine. Take off the two screw and turn the timer down a little bit.

Somewhere inside you should find a small rotary thermostat. Also make sure the heating element is completely clean by using a quality descaler like CLR. A lot of people use white vinegar but it is not that effective on coffee makers. Make sure the heating element under the carafe is working, because that is heating up as the coffee is brewing. ..
