open case back, there is metal piece cover the battery, take tiny pin and pry one side of that metal piece , battery will come-out. carefully replace battery and VERY GENTLY press metal piece it will get lock.

i don't know about on line instruction. but i could help you .... there is two position for crown 1 and 2. bring crown on position 2 and turn crown clockwise to change TIME, DAY & DATE. bring crown position 1, and turn crown counterclockwise to change DATE. your watch has Chronograph / Stop watch. use that please press right TOP button chronograph will START, press again Chronograph will STOP. Press bottom button to RESET Chronograph. hope it will help

what is your watch model number ?

there is SHOULDER SPRING BAR , look at bottom side of your watch , there is shoulder spring bar just as normal watch. you need to squeeze to take off watch band.hard to get strap for this watch, its is Discontinued.

You have to change watch settings. TOGGLE WITH PUSHERS and you should be able to reset it.

this is a chronograph I think and what you are referring to as the long second hand is actually the chrono hand the seconds hand is at 9 oclock on this model and the smaller hand that is moving simultanusly is actually the chrono revolution counter
