Hi, Obviously you need to roll the time 12 hours ahead. If the watch doesn't receive the Atomic signal properly at first, go to page three of your manual, and try doing it manually following the detailed procedures there.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved from Casio Business Machines. It is a job best left to a local jeweler when it is battery change time. The fact is got dirty inside means there must be damaged gaskets. If a Casio watch has a display readout that says "OPEN", the watch isn't closed properly. Check if all the parts are inside the watch and make sure the watch is tightly screwed shut. If the watch was serviced at a repair center you should return it to have it checked (for missing parts).

The watch has a rechargeable power cell inside the cover. Remove the back, find the button batter, and replace it. It may be the old original or dead cell. Once you replace the cell, the watch will refresh and be back to normal. The only problem if that fails, the mini-computer brain died.
