Ensure that your model has an Alarm. Not all Tag Heuer chronographs have the alarm function. If there is alarm function, try resetting the clock by setting the hands on zero and setting time and date again (see
here: User Manual ).
If there is alarm, and this does not beep when programmed, then it is not a matter of switching it on and off. The alarm is always switched on when you program the alarm time.
Weak battery can cause the problem, but the watch is new (battery lasts approx. 2 years). If you want to test a replacement battery have the job done at a Tag Heuer authorized shop. DO NOT replace the battery by yourself. Tell them that the watch is new and in warranty. If that does not fix the problem, ring immediately Tag Heuer, the watch may be defective.
