Unfortunately, you don't tell us the make of watch or where you live? Without that information it is all guesswork.
You local jeweler store will have a contact for basic watch repairs, and they will change batteries whilst you wait.
For high end quality watches, you send them to an authorized service centre. My Seiko goes back to the UK for service

They appear to be a watch without a maker and are sold on QVC, eBay and Etsy so not of Italian manufacture as the name suggests. Very fine Chinese watch.

You could just paint the chip with a matching colour of nail polish.

No job is too big or too small and we can do any repair on any watch. Our repairs can be as simple as a battery change, pin replacement, or band replacement, ...
The only clue to what you have in front of you is that it might be a watch as you posted to the Watches category. All questions need 'make model (what it is)' as the first three words in every question.
Watches can be fully digital, with no crown (proper name for 'pull pin') to pull. They can be quartz electronic with an analogue dial and a crown. Finally they can be 'automatic', with no battery and powered by a spinning weight like my Rolex. that has a 3 way crown, pull to first position and it changes the date, pull all the way to change the time. My Seiko has a similar crown, but first position does the day when turned clockwise and the date when turned anti-clockwise. Pulling out all the way changes the hands.

Question moved from Motorcycles category??
If it doesn't exist to Google, it may be a Chinese copy to 'a style'. Nothing comes up on the Model Number, but I found 'SII Tiger Cat Watch'. Click on the images tab to see if yours is there?

The watches are made by Seiko
It's simple to change the time on a Fanmis sport pedometer. To get to the "Time" setting, all you have to do is keep pressing the "Mode" button. Then, after pressing the "Set" button, change the time using the "Start/Stop" and "Reset" buttons.
Once the time has been set, you may resume recording your steps and working toward your fitness objectives. After all, if you want to keep healthy, time is of the essence!
you cannot do this yourself ..try the manufacture or a competent repairer some crystals have to be made by hand if theres not one available through the trade repairers..
