Nordic track T14.2 treadmill incline issues - not calibrating properly
Hi There, I can't say I know this particular model, but most lift motor assemblies have 3-wires to drive Up and Down windings, and then 3-wires to return a small location signal that gets measured inside the lift gearbox(0-5vdc), and sent as a sample voltage to the upper console to tell it where the lift motor is currently positioned. This pot, or potentiometer, can get dirty, greasy, fail completely, or lose connections inside the gearbox. Do NOT apply 110vac to the pot wires by mistake, as smoke will be the result, oh, and a 13lb boat anchor of a lift assembly ;o) If you have a DMM or a way of checking resistance, you can contact jatinah electronics for further help. Good Luck!
