yes it is the battery problem, any service center accepts battery replacement, find one on your loation. i hope i had been helped you.

click on the top right button to view time, then click bottom right button and hold it as the time is still appears. then it will start blinking. if you press the bottom right button you will be able to swap the command you want to change (H,Min,Y,D,M) and if you press the top right button you can increase (only) the number you like. Left buttons i dont know what they do :P
