you just need to take the battery out and wait 30 seconds, replace it and it should be able to find the base. i had this problem and called olympia and this is the fix they gave me. It's worked for 4 years!

1. go to menu, then HS setting, then registration, register
2. follow the steps and register the set to the base.
3.press and hold the base mute button for 10 seconds, press next to continued
4.select the cbs and connect it.
5.enter 0000 as a password

I may have come across the software for you.... mind you, i don't know if anyone cares at this point but if you do, or anyone does want it, email me at "get DOT me AT hotmail DOT com" DOT being a period ( . ) ie: get.me okay? the more users who email, then i will post it for public download, should the need be great enough as it is 36 MB.

Hey.. Did you check to see if the phone is registered correctly ???

need more info but thats a new model and most have warranty, have you benig used before or is the first time can you see some indication of be in charging mode..post back..

could be many things, but the most is a broken pin in the input of the power supply in the celu, also clean the batery terminal in the celu, and the batery it self, did you check the power supply?..good luck
