How to turn off demo mode without remote

You could try unplugging the unit from the mains for at least 24 hours this gives the internal power unit a chance to discharge as it usually saves setting in case of a power cut I hope this helps

I have a harman/kardon AVR 146.I also have a 40in. Sharp Roku smart t.v....I would like to connect my t.v. to my harmon, do you know how??

You need Audio/Video Cables. Connect one end at TV Audio Out and other end to Amplifiers's Line In. It will work. I am sharing manuals for your help. Quick-Start-Guide-58Q7330.pdf (sharptvusa.com) User manual Harman Kardon AVR 146 (English - 60 pages)

How to shut off the alarm on a Sharp model spc106

I am uncertain how to present this to you. Press the ALARM ON/OFF button to turn off the alarm. If you want to turn on the alarm again, press the ALARM ON/OFF button once more. Detailed instructions regarding the controls can be found in a manual I think available at the following location: Sharp Alarm Clock Manuals and User Guides PDF Preview and Download (all-guidesbox.com) I don't have a guide to the internals of this clock but here is a tear down of a similar model if you are game to explore the workings. You could go through that and maybe get an idea of how the systems work together. If you are unable to fix the problem, you will find the contact details for Sharp support in the manual. Here is the tear down link: SHARP spc800 alarm clock Teardown - iFixit
