You would have to go to a 2nd hand store because Regal no longer makes bread macines...sorry.

Regal Ware bread machines were made by Regal Ware, Inc. in Kewaskum, Wisconsin, but they have not been manufactured since 1999. In the past 11 years we have depleted our stock of replacement parts; and paddles, drive belts, bread pans, etc. are no longer available. Our consumer service department advises that some consumers have had success in finding used parts on eBay.

I have run into this same problem. If you add a little more bread flour to your gooy dough it may help. as for the not rising enough maybe your yeast is either to cold or to old.
