The best way to remove virus from your computer is :-

Step 1. Download free version of Malewarebytes from http://www.itechguru.in/Download%20Links/Download%20Links.htm

Step 2 . Install it and update it from update tag >> check for updates.

Step 3. After that go to tag scanner and perform full scan.

Step 4. When scan complete click on show result and then click on remove selected.

if you dont have an antivirus then install the antivirus and scan ur computer.if you have an antivirus already installed then, open the antivirus that you have.. and there you will see an option of full system scan, choose that option and your scan will start

go to start, then run then type TISTOOL. click on general tab. click on quit on all components, then click on delete temp files. click on start all components. if it still doesn't work, try to update Trend micro. If it is still the same thing, download the latest installer. normally, this happens because of the scan engine being corrupted.

Have you tried using some other Browser like Firefox? If not, use it and confirm whether it is not allowing access to ONLY Internet Explorer or any Browser or activity.

I un-installed Trend Micro and re-installed it and then waited some time for it to update. I enabled the Trend Micro firewall and was able to connect to the Internet
