You may check if you fulfil the *Minimum requirements* list. I believe you're not getting enough FPS (Frames per second) from your Video Card to play it smoothly. What to do? Get a better one; there's a bunch of them you can get for less than $100 bucks, just see the specs, ask around and be sure you won't need to buy a new PSU (Power Supply Unit) for your PC, along with it... and if you need one, don't buy a "Corsair" or a "Thermaltake", you can spend less getting the same (or even better) on a "Cooler Master"... and be sure to get enough COOL air for your new Video Card. You are having compatibility issues with Windows 7 as it requires installers that is specifically designed to work with it. Try using the compatibility mode. Copy all the files on the cd to a new folder in your computer. Next, RIGHT click on the setup file and choose Properties. Go to Compatibility mode. Select for Windows XP from the dropdown list and "check" the Run As Administrator box below. Click Apply or OK. Then run the installation again.
