Minute button does not change minutes. Hour

It sounds like the minute switch has gone bad, or possibly the solder connections on the circuit board are broken. Unfortunately, it's hard to find anyone to work on a small appliance like this because of the cost. Most service shops don't take this kind of item for repair because it will probably cost more to repair than to replace. You may know someone with soldering skills who likes to tinker, and would be willing to open it up to check those connections. If the switch is bad, it's probably this style. You can see how long the shaft is and see if one is available close to that length. The switch is cheap, but shipping will add a few dollars. Still, if you are willing and able to do it yourself you should be able to get this working. Good luck!

Alarm clock

The clock radio is mediocre, according to at least 15% of owners. First, the radio reception lacks clarity and the sound is tinny. Second, there are many small buttons and it's impossible to tell which is which in a dark room. Third, because the volume and radio tuner are adjusted by moving a dial, it is easy to accidentally move the device and turn down the volume as a result. This can be a problem if you've set the clock-radio alarm and the radio volume is too low.Kindly check these first.

I just bought Homedics SS-4500

http://media.homedics.com/IBs/SS-4500_IB.pdf

Also note if projection does not work correctly, Ken posted an elegant solution: holding down hour and minute unplug and plug back in (still holding down hour and minute). Made mine work!

I don't know. You can inquire with Homedics two ways, by phone or email. Have the model number handy. Toll Free 1-888-225-7378 or [email protected] You can buy a replacement for the clock with the same functions through Amazon or at Walmart. https://www.amazon.com/Homedics-Machine-Projection-Digital-Sounds/dp/B00EW1QIJU for about $40.
