Many times zeros look like o's and B's look like 8's... Make try to reenter the code keeping this in mind. It will work if they gave you a legit code. If not contact Amazon support.

How do I set up my rock band instruments for xbox

Press the middle button to turn them on, then press the connect button on the instrument and the 360 to connect them and you should be good to go.

How do I get my xbox information to go back to

To set or change the default language on your Xbox 360 console

Turn on your Xbox 360 console without a disc in the disc tray.
On the controller, press the Guide button to go to the Xbox Dashboard.
Select Language, and then select the language you want to use.

Then format the hard drive to reset EVERYTHING. This will erase all data and reset all settings.

To format a storage device
1. Start your Xbox 360 console without a disc in the tray.
2. On your console, go to My Xbox, and then select System Settings.
3. Select Memory.
4. Highlight the storage device that you want to format, and then press the Y button on your controller.
5. Select Format.
6. You receive the following message: This will delete all content on this device. Do you want to continue?Choose Yes to format the storage device.
7. If you are asked to enter your console serial number, enter your number, and then select Done. This step helps guard against accidental formatting.
  
  The console serial number is located on the back of the console and behind the oval door on the front of your console.

I bought bfbc2 at a local best buy. I installed

I've had the same problem with other games before I had to call up the company and talk to a rep for an hour. If I were you I would call them up as soon as you can.
