Go to create a player and customize him, fill his stats, and choose a team, and save, then go back to the menu and choose superstar mode and instead making a new guy, go to play as rookie and then find your created player on the list. You can play for any team you want and your stats will be full.

go to create player make him a rookie put him on a team go to superstar mode press play as rookie select ur guy
