Guys - here's the deal. doesn't matter what your parental settings are. If you used your birthday day when creating your xbox live gamer profile, which can't be changed even by microsoft xbox live support, and your under 18, then your out of luck. Call xbox live supports 800 number and explain the problem. you will eventually talk to a supervisor and they will offer a 6 month free subscription to xbox live which you use to create a new profile (with an adults date of birth). You can use your old profile for other game until it runs out, then let it expire.

Unfortunately there is a global issue with the Playstation network at this time. The entire system is offline due to a crash. Instead of deleting, try to see if you can copy your information from one memory card to another, if you can then see on the new memory card if the game can pull up the info from there.
If you can't copy the info over or you can and it still won't pull up then you know you have no choice but to delete the info.
Sometimes using those 3rd party memory cards isn't the best thing cause nintendo doesn't certify them which means the quality isn't up there standards and running into this is one of the problems people can run into.
