Set spark plug gap to 0.024 - 0.028 in. (0.6 - 0.7mm).

I'm sorry to say that I had a similar problem, and after two trips to the repair shop, I gave up and bought a new carburetor at eReplamentParts for about $40. The new carburetor is working quite nicely.

Hi Joe Rutkowski, Fuel lines with a pin hole can cause a problem with the fuel feed. The carb can have a closed choke or only halfway open. The return fuel line has junk in it, like dirt over a period of time. There is a screen inside the bottom part of the carb, it is called a manifold. When taken apart, you can see the screen or any other obstruction between the manifold. Be very careful not to tear the gasket, they are not easy to find sometimes. Be careful also and do this inspection on a clean surface where all the parts are visible. Good Luck!

Adjust carb. Turn speed/air mix needle counterclockwise 1\4 turn.

MIne too! I'm ordering some 43cc rings that seem to match the size of the one good one I had left. They are sold by many different eBay sellers and apparently are most all the same for a 43cc displacement piston.... 43cc, OD=42mm, ID=38 mm, Thickness=1.5 mm

You may have to rebuild the carburetor to find what is sticking inside.
