The spring or shock on the left side of my mower has come loose.
No details given, so no idea :>D
Google
make model parts diagram.
From that you can see what go where. Springs and Shock Absorbers as very different items. One is a wire-wound coil, the other is a hydraulic piston.
If it popped (and got louder), it may be the muffler as they are sometimes held with a spring on small mowers. On a ride on mower, it could be the deck suspension.

My GroundWork sprayer won't hold pressure. Water is coming up in the handle.
Question edited for clarity, ' won't ' is a contraction of 'will not', 'the word 'want' is a request for something, they aren't interchangeable. ;>)
You sprayed has two handles, one on the wand and one on the pump.
Replacement wands are readily available. The pump is very simple in the way it works, there is a sealing gasket on the piston in the tube to create pressure and a non-return valve at the bottom of the tube to stop water flowing back. Check that they are clean and not obstructed.

Wheel horse 252h
The spring that tensions the PTO belt is serious, I would use a good vise grip pliers not a channel lock. Also take a look at the jack shaft assembly mounted to the mower deck. The PTO belt goes to the top pulley and the deck belt to the lower pulley. Both belts are under tension. The bearing in this assembly is sealed so you can't add grease but it is a wear part that has a load on it from two points even when not in use.

Powermate 43cc tiller won't start
How did you test spark? Neon spark testers can be misleading. Use a gap type test with spark plug installed. If engine is flooded it will not fire, even with starter fluid. If plug is wet (excessive) then it may be flooded. Dump all the fuel, remove spark plug and pull recoil starter several times to get cylinder and crankcase dried out. Do not refuel.Put a shot of starter fluid directly into spark plug hole. Reinstall plug and pull start rope a few times. If it fires off and dies then it's a fuel flooding (carburetor) issue. If plug is dry when using starter fluid and there is spark and compression, then likely timing is off. You'll need to remove flywheel and and verify keyed portion has not sheared.

Renewing the cutting deck on a lr 135
To renew the cutting deck on an LR 135 (assuming it refers to a specific model), you can follow these general steps:
- Safety first: Ensure the lawnmower is turned off, and disconnect the spark plug wire to prevent accidental starting.
- Remove the old cutting deck: Depending on the specific design of your lawnmower, you may need to remove any side panels, belts, or other components that connect the cutting deck to the mower. Follow the instructions provided in the lawnmower's manual or consult the manufacturer for guidance on removing the cutting deck.
- Prepare the new cutting deck: Ensure you have the correct replacement cutting deck for your LR 135 model. Compare it to the old deck to ensure they are the same size and have the necessary mounting points.
- Install the new cutting deck: Align the new cutting deck with the mounting points on the lawnmower. Carefully reattach any belts, side panels, or other components that were removed in the previous step. Make sure the deck is securely attached and properly aligned.
- Reconnect the spark plug wire: Once the new cutting deck is installed, reconnect the spark plug wire to the spark plug.
- Test and adjust: Before using the lawnmower, it's important to test the new cutting deck and make any necessary adjustments. Start the lawnmower and listen for any unusual noises or vibrations. Ensure the cutting height is set correctly and that the blades are properly aligned.
