Use 12 ounces of water.
It's best not to use extremely hard water in the Eureka steamer due to mineral deposits it may leave behind.

don't waste your time. It's not going to work anyway. Throw it away.

Shark is not made to repair and there are no parts available. It's disposable. Most vac shops won't touch them.

DO NOT purchase ANY Shark products ! They don't perform well, don't last, and cannot be repaired. Save your money and some frustration.

My dog ate thought the hose coming right from the steamer. I need to get a new hose and I never got the attachment that cleans the floor where can I get that? I only got the hose and then attachments that would clean a grill.
