there is a shut off swich and if you dont slide it into the deep fryer part correctly it wont turn on or do any thing the other is to make sure the breaker in the back of the unit is pushed in

I have the same fryer and the exact same problem. I had to replace the relay on the pc board. OKS2C-S15DC12V Relay can be purchased on eBay for about $5.

take off the round plastic cover off the timer.Its only stuck on. At 12 o clock you will see the speaker. Jam a wooden kebab stick in there and break off. Replace plastic cover and fixed

do you hear a clicking noise?if so might be over load bad or the compreser

For most fryers at 350 is it 3 minutes

I would recommend contacting the manafacturer and get one from them.

I would try setting it for 300 and watch where it goes. If it goes above 375 turn it off. If it does it may be possible to calabrate the thermostat. If not replace it. I do not know this unit.

Should be able to find a replacement cord at local hardware store. Just make sure it is rated for more amps than your fryer pulls.
