Daar moet u het in zoeken windows kan waarschijnlijk de extensie niet openen omdat u niet de juiste software gebruikt die ervoor gemaakt is, dus ik zou bij de fabrikant gaan zoeken naar een programma voor windows wat het wel kan openen. Mijn eerste Nederlander die iets in het Nederlands vraagt, ha bonuspunten!

When that happens to me, i deleted the song and just re-downloaded the song and it worked. i

go to my computer and there will be a title that says "devices with removable storage" click on the device you are using and a folder will appear. then copy and paste your songs in to that folder.
Then after you are done selecting your music and putting it on the device, take the device out of the computer and listen to your music.
