I HAVE TRYED ALL DIFFERENT USB CABLE FOR MY MP3 AND HAVE WENT TO, TO MANY DIFERENT STORES FOR USB CABLE AND THE 4DB FLASH CARD FOR THIS MP3 PLAYER. TO MY KNOWLEGE EVERY SENT I HAD THIS MP3 PLAYER HAVE NOT BENFINT ME AT ALL. You should be able to download all necessry firmware directly from manufacturer websight if you cant find it call the customer service # and they will tell you where it is

No, it's just a media player which you can use for viewing videos,pictures,listening to music etc.This cannot be used for connecting to internet as it has no built-in antenna or something like that which allows a network streaming.Hope you are satisfied with my solution.Thanks for choosing Fixya.
