You would have to find a local refrigerator repair shop or find a new part from the manufacturer. You may be able to find a service manual online someplace and reset the computer. You could try unpluging the power and waiting five min, plug back in and see if that works.

Shut off all power to the unit. Wiggle and pull on the control knob to remove it. If it does not loosen up quickly, look for a set screw that can be loosened in the knob base. There should be 2 or 3 screws holding the thermostat in place. Remove them and work it out of the hole it is mounted in. Match wiring from old to new and your set to go. Should only be 2 wires. Hi Your suction line has to have no frost at all.it should be cool/warmer. You fridge is overcharged with refrigerant.
