easy go to www.mynorton.com and go to down loads. reinstall. if you have already opened an account and you know the user name and password you can get the key and down load from the product page. if you dont have this available to you and have the key you can down load 360 and enter the key manualy. twenty minuts and you will be on your way.

Please check if the computer's date and time is correctly set on your computer.
If that does not fix the problem, try reinstalling the Norton program.
