You could try and delete the program from your program file folder.
Then run a program like ccleaner to clean up your registry

I would use REVO Uninstaller to remove it completely from your system, this uninstallation utility works like a charm and completely "nukes" it off the system so to speak, better than the regular uninstaller can even dream of :). Get it for free from:

Make sure you download the one under FREEWARE, not the one they want you to pay for.
Install that, open it up and find the Print Master on the list, and go to uninstall / remove. Walk through the process and you should be good to go.

the drivers with the program are okay with xp but dosnt like win 7 theres a load of programs which wront run in win7 go to windows dowload centre and see if they have a driver

go to start > control panel > add/remove software it will take a bit to generate the list, but once populated, created, just findany software you dont want including printmaster and click unistall. This will remove all the files off your computer.

The install is pretty straight forward. Just start with disc one or disc labeled install cd (or similar) The manual is just guidance and not needed unless you prefer to reference to it. If you do need it you can visit the support section of the Print Master website to download a new copy.

May have to uninstall it first, then reinstall it.

Click START button, lower left corner
then click Control panel
then click on add or remove programs

*see if your product is listed(may be under BRODERBUND or other publisher name)
If it IS listed, uninstall it

Or sometimes the UNINSTALL is included in the CD options:
Insert the cd into the drive
go to my computer
find the cd drive
right-click the drive
select "explore"
Look for an Uninstall program

Make sure you can see all the files. (My computer --> Tools --> Folder Options ---> View (tab) --> <Select 'Show hidden files ...' option.
Find the folder you have indicated. C:\DOCUME~1\Jan\LOCALS~1\Temp\{A35C2323-3CEA-405C-9569-EF5DDE930B2F}

Delete that flder.
Restart the computer and reinstall the software.

Are you going to reinstall after?

If not, delete the program files folder, and run ccleaner's registry tool.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to Broderbund Graphics Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE Choose Task Manager That will show all instances of the program being open. Did print shop 3 work properly in win 7? If so you should never have updated. See all the grief it has caused you? Go back and install the 3.0 version and leave well enough alone Or maybe that program is not compatible at all with your OS.I have mo bo's that will not load XP but will work fine with anything prior to that. Computers are unpredictable and down right ornery at times but we need them so have to play by their rules.
