The manual doesn't show any adjustment on the spray pump. It is possible that someone has pushed something into the jets to unblock them and opened them up. Hi, THe door springs are located behind the lower kick plate. Just remove the four screws that hold the panle on and you will see the springs and cables that help hold the door up.

The leak sensor has been activated. Between the base of the machine sump and the floor, you will find a plastic tray and if there is water in it, the sensor has activated the pump.
