My DD 603 has no power even though the power point has power I checked.
If your DD 603 dishwasher is not receiving power despite confirming that the power point has power, there could be a few potential causes for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
- Check the power cord and connections: Ensure that the power cord is securely plugged into the power point and the dishwasher. Sometimes, the power cord can become loose or disconnected, resulting in a loss of power. Try unplugging and re-plugging the power cord to ensure a proper connection.
- Inspect the circuit breaker or fuse: Check the circuit breaker or fuse associated with the dishwasher's power supply. It's possible that the circuit breaker has tripped or the fuse has blown, cutting off power to the dishwasher. Reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse if necessary.
- Test the power point: Although you mentioned that you checked the power point, it's still worth testing it with another electrical device to confirm that it is indeed providing power. Sometimes, power points can develop faults that may not be immediately apparent.
- Examine the control panel: Inspect the control panel of the dishwasher for any signs of damage, loose connections, or malfunctioning buttons. If there is a problem with the control panel, it may prevent the dishwasher from receiving power or displaying any signs of life.
- Consult the user manual or contact support: Refer to the user manual of your DD 603 dishwasher for specific troubleshooting steps and guidelines. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer's customer support or a professional appliance technician for further assistance. They will be able to provide specific troubleshooting advice or arrange for a repair if needed.
Please note that working with electrical appliances can be hazardous, and if you are not familiar with electrical systems, it's best to seek professional help to avoid any safety risks.

BabyLock Solaris needle plate will not close
If the needle plate on your BabyLock Solaris sewing machine is not closing or latching properly, there are a few possible reasons for this issue:
- Incorrect installation: Double-check that you have installed the needle plate correctly. Ensure that it is aligned properly with the machine and that all the mounting screws or clips are securely fastened. If the needle plate is even slightly misaligned, it may not close or latch properly.
- Debris or obstruction: It's possible that there is debris or an obstruction preventing the needle plate from closing. Take a close look at the needle plate area and remove any lint, thread, or other debris that may have accumulated. Use a small brush or compressed air to clean the area thoroughly.
- Damaged or bent needle plate: Examine the needle plate for any signs of damage or bending. If the needle plate is warped or bent, it may not align properly with the machine, preventing it from closing correctly. In such cases, replacing the needle plate with a new one is recommended.
- Mechanical issue: If the problem persists even after trying a new needle plate and ensuring correct installation, there may be an underlying mechanical issue with the sewing machine. It could be a problem with the latch mechanism or another component that requires professional attention. In such cases, it's best to contact BabyLock customer support or take the machine to an authorized BabyLock service center for further diagnosis and repair.
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines when working with sewing machines and their components. If you are unsure or uncomfortable performing any troubleshooting steps, it's best to seek professional assistance to avoid further damage to the machine.

What is causing the drain pump to continue running
C1 - Partially Blocked Drain - This error will occur when dishwasher was unable to pump out water in less than 95 seconds. Check drain line for debris and blockage. If clear, check for a restricted drain valve in the pump. Check the pressure sensor for correct operation as it sounds like it may be defective and thinks that the machine is still full of water after it has emptied.
