I lost my cd key. Is there a way to get another?
The only legitimate way to get a new CD key is to contact Roxio directly.
The instructions for doing so can me located here: http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/service/cs_findcdkey.html
They will help you if you purchased the software directly from them or if you registered it after purchase. Replacement of a lost CD-key on software purchased from a brink and mortar venue, like Staples for instance, that wasn't registered is totally at Roxio's discretion. They specifically state they are not liable for lost keys under such circumstances.
Good luck.
Roxio creater starter 12.1.0.439
If you are experiencing the certificate file message or missing tabs in your Roxio software, please perform a manual update of your anti-virus or security software and reinstall the Roxio Creator Starter. You can perform a manual update by launching your anti-virus or security software and using the Update option.
Prior to reinstalling, it is strongly advised that you temporarily disable your anti-virus and security software and any unnecessary background processes to ensure a smooth install.

How do I burn multiple slide shows to DVD using Roxio 2011
Create the multiple slide shows and store them in a directory that you have created on your hard disk just for those slide shows. When all the slide shows are present in that directory, start Roxio, use the Add Files function and go to that directory and select all of the files you want on the DVD. Name the DVD to something that indicates what is on it and start the Create/Burn to make your DVD.
