Streamlight stinger not bright
No! the last thing you want to do is get another light, if this light is still in top shape I suggest you send it back to Streamlight for warranty repair. Lifetime warranty on the light alone as far as the battery goes if you're getting an authentic Streamlight Rechargeable battery there shouldn't be a problem. If it's a knock-off battery you're on your own. Check this website out www.streamlight.com send it back to the address in contact or find an Authorized service center in your area. From what you're telling me here I honestly think it's a bad battery, I could be wrong it may be a bad switch. The switch is covered under a lifetime warranty. So take advatange of it while you can! ;) hope that helps.

I have a stream light flashlight that will not
Sounds to me more like a connection issue at the charger due to the fact that it comes onn as you move it. However if you move it and it comes on for a second, then you move it again and it does the same thing, you are just making and breaking a connection making the charger start over, then it senses a bad battery and quits. If the battery is old it could well be that. Also look at the connection points on the flashlight and charger they should be nice and clean. A pencil eraser works great for cleaning them.

Stinger xt malfunction
If the charger indicator works i would buy the battery and the bulb and replace them at the same time, as you don't know the exact condition of either. Say you bought the battery and it worked fine for a week or so and the life of the bulb ran out ?. Tricky buys on e-bay.........

Charger
The light can come in a box with just the light alone (light with battery), single ac(light with ac cord and 1 charger), single dc(light with dc volt cigarette outlet and 1 charger), double (light, 1 ac, 1 dc cord, 2 chargers) pb charger...and so on. The sticker on the box that contains the UPC code should have the listed detail on what the box should contain. Still confused check out the website www.streamlight.com search the light you're looking for and check out the product part number list. Hope that helps ;)

Switch replacement instructions
You have to push the light down from the long rod you have there while compressing the two grids with a needle nose plier. The switch should be able to slide right out that is if it's a black switch. However...if you have the older version of the switch module that either has a clear/beige switch or clear beige/cream switch you need to bang that ****** out. Try not to hurt yourself because this can get a little tougher and may take a couple of practice to actually get that switch out. If all else fails send it back to Streamlight repair department. It's covered under lifetime warranty you know ;) www.streamlight.com follow the contact section and the addy's there. goodluck

LED Flashlight Battery Drain Problem
This particular flashlight uses a microchip that consumes the power of the batteries, whether in use or not. Loosen the case to where the batteries go in, so there is no contact with polarity. Or just take the batteries out completely and replace them for actual use.

Do you need special hiking shoes for going on long walks?
Whether or not to buy hiking shoes really depends on what kind of walking you plan to do and how often.Hiking boots are helpful for rougher terrain and for gripping. If you plan to mostly walk on flat ground, you can consider getting good walking shoes instead.
