Hi have you checked all paths pipes filters and bag. It only a fan so blocked paths cause poor results.

I'm not familiar with this particular model but there should be a rubber drive belt at one end of the brush that get stretched from the brush end to a small shaft that sticks out the over the same end above the brush. Reassemble the shroud and try it again.

Dismantle the head to clean the brushes. The bearings may be full of hair and threads.

There is a "diverter" that selects if the clean water is going to the power head and dirty water going to the tank OR clean water is going to the hose brush head and the dirty water is going to the tank. Be sure you are moving the selector full stroke. There are a many good videos on Youtube on this exact topic.

The adjustable knob is at the front of the vacuum with 5 settings from bare floor to high carpet.

What do you mean by belt size? U mean they type it takes?

I have the same problem... seems to be because of a bad, or worn, rubber gasket.

That part go's inside the handle, by the hot water tank (can't see this tank it is inside the handle), Leave the hot water power switch off, until it is put back!

Check that the tank and the nozzle cover are properly installed. If the motor is running, it should be sucking. If it's not, there is a seal that isn't sealing

First remove the hose and place your hand instead of the hose then start tha machine. If your hand is suck by the machine only your hose is the problem. Clean your hose by filling it with water and see what will come out at the other end of the hose. If water and some dirt comes out, wait until pure water only comes out. If water and debris not coming out of the hose, use a flexible wire or rod to push the debris blocking the hose.

Something is bassackwards. Try to disassemble and reassemble correctly. Or take it to be serviced.

I would sugguest you go for a screening
