Not sure if you have electronic or mechanical thermostat. However problem is likely to be in the electronic ignition sequence box (Usually a Fenwall) Also check the panel cooling fan is working, it cools the Fenwall box.

Only solution is to get a cutting disc on the hub and cut though it on two sides. Take the complete motor and backplate out to make the job easier.

How do you adjust doors on imperial ICV-1 convection oven

The turnbucke system behind the lower panel is relatively straightforward but one buckle is LH thread the other is RH thread. Slacken both locknuts and adjust the buckles until the LH door lags by the thickness of the RH door when they are just coming together (a rough approximation). Don't have too much tension on the chains and lube the chains, gears etc with a copper based grease. It has been known for the little grub screws in the bottom cogs to come loose. You'll need an allen key to tighten them up. After all adjustments check the chain 'slack' by quickly opening/closing the doors when at about 1/2 open. There shouldn't be so much that the LH door doesn't react reasonably quickly to the change of direction, but not so tight as they are like bow strings.

The temperature figures on the dial are a guide only. Play with the dial, you will pick up where the thermostat cuts in and out. 130 deg. is rather low, but it could be achievable. You will only find out through experimentation - nothing will be damaged.

Hi I have an old 1970's St.george imperial wall oven and I can't turn the roast light off which makes the oven heat up to under half the heat it normally does. How do I turn the roast light off?

since I have no model or serial, I assume this is an electric oven based on the description provided. this is usually an indication that the heating element has gone bad. possibly having a short to ground which completes a partial circuit in turn giving you heat and a light. I would look in this direction first.

Imperial oven will light but will go off when you turn on more than two Cooker burners. What could be the cause ?

this is usually and indication of a gas issue. either a gas pressure issue or the cut off valve not open all the way, or the hose connection is not completely on if it is a snap-on type.
